Job Description

Monitoring performance of all consumer products in terms of KPIs and financials by provision of Monthly Performance Review Reports intended for stakeholders and Board.

Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of multi-dimensional Monthly Performance Reports and essential dashboards intended for stakeholder departments to group level, covering deviations of KPIs and financials from approved plans, budgets, forecasts and overall company-wide strategy
Meeting and liaison with key stakeholder departments to assess and track the performance of business KPIs.
Support in preparation of functional strategies as well as assist in corrective action planning
Appraise critical projects
Conduct competitive market analysis in terms of revenue, commercial and other KPIs covering footprint, media and retail presence etc.
Perform regional performance monitoring of key KPIs, further suggesting areas for improvement
Assist stakeholders in cost rationalization through industry benchmarking
Tasks assigned from time to time
Key performance Indicators (KPIs) :

Performance Monitoring in terms of KPIs and financials, along-with suggestions for improvements
Follow-up with other stakeholders on performance improvement initiatives
Skill Set Required:

In depth financial knowledge
Strong analytical skills
Adept in computer aided analytical, reporting tools & Expert in Excel & Power point
Team player and good leadership skills
Time management & good communication skills
