Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure consistency in sales/growth and target achievement.
- Ensure effective market return control.
- Develop and monitor monthly/quarterly targets.
- Ensure timely communication of targets at all relevant levels.
- Manage customer outstanding through ensuring timely collections.
- Develop and implement business plans.
- Drive initiatives to expand sales.
- Provide strategic inputs for marketing plans.
- Implement effective controls over market returns
- Ensure effective business development in small areas.
- Responsible for personal and professional development of his team.
- Provide sales forecast on quarterly basis keeping in view the past history, current trend and company growth plans.
- Facilitate customers in order to produce best possible ROI (Return On Investment).
- Providing real time information & analysis to marketing & trade marketing departments.
- Implementation of Effective Controls and adherence to all company principles and policies
- Build Strong and Mutually Beneficial relationship with Key customers
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills.
