- To provide primary deployment, enhancement, monitoring, preventive maintenance and configuration support to telecommunication related equipment and services.
- To diagnose and resolve all problems related to hardware, internal software and system operation, availability, security, performance, connectivity, and overall function during an implementation.
- To conduct User Acceptance Test and provide User Training.
- To build internal development and test system mirroring customer production environments.
- To report and escalate customer problems and enhancements with detailed explanation of issue and recommended resolution.
- To provide feedbacks on future product deployment, system performance, features, and functions of the service.
- To provide pro-active monitoring and maintaining service for software platform and continuous and frequent systems backup.
- Experience & exposure in Telco industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience on Dockers/Containers envirnoment
- Experience in Astersik/SIP Optimization
- Python/Bash Scripting
