Job Description

We are looking for an individual:

To guide customers from US/Canada and respond to queries about the products listing and orders of our online stores in the US.

To handle Emails & Calls

With excellent communication skills.

Full training will be provided during the first month’s trial period and you will be guided regarding each task.

The job days are Monday to Saturday and timings will rotate but primarily be night shifts.

There will be one month probation period during which your pay may be lower than your regular salary depending on your skills and expertise.
