Determine annual & monthly sales forecast and gross profit plans by implementing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling prices by keeping up-to-date with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors’ moves.
Develop sales action plans in line with region’s strategic objectives.
