We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer who shall be responsible for:
Maintain employee attendance & leave record
Supervising Housekeeping staff
Recruitment & Selection
prepare the employment contracts for selected candidate.
Conducting annual appraisals for promotion and increment.
Reccomending royalty programs for staff.
To prepare HR Staffing report on monthly basis.
To make Employee Files periodically & updating them on regularly basis
Arranging interviews for suitable candidates.
Taking measures to minimize staff turn over rate.
To coordinate with the placements offices of well reputed universities to attend open houses in order to hunt tallented resource for group.
