- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects in existing footprint (walk-in) and new opportunities (walk-out).
- Sells assigned TCS products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Responsible for achieving the sales targets of Yayvo, Hajj/Umra and other assigned products.
- Responsible for the sales of all insurance products.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
- Handle customer complaints proactively with passion and resolve towards ‘delivering beyond customer expectations.
- Maintain updated information on products, market trends, conduct gap analysis and suggest improvements in processes.
- Suggest any augmentations and additions in products in yayvo.com to E-Com team.
