  • Binds status inbound & outbound
  • Daily Traffic
  • Route Performance (Delivery rate %)
  • SDR Look up
  • Resolve/escalate trouble tickets

Establishing bind with vendor/customer.

  • SMPP interconnection form
  • VPN Details

Opening Trouble Tickets with the suppliers and platform vendor.

Skills/Competency:

Proficient in MS Office, Professional Email drafting, SMPP connection, SS7 – Sigtran connection, VPN connection, Maria DB, Mongo DB & MySql, Kannel, Restcomm, Ksmpp, Strongswan, Redhat linux certified.

Language:
