Job Details

To extend and maintain revenue streams from existing clients by building an awareness of the expanding Kantar Solution’s range through senior level relationships and appropriate sales and promotional activity.

KEY OUTCOMES

To ensure that clients are fully aware of all services on offer and utilising each of them effectively
To ascertain changing requirements and to execute and handle the team of researchers
To maintain close and personal contact with each client on a regular basis and via more formal methods
To be the point person throughout any form of retention/competitive re-pitch or review
To accurately and consistently deliver the company's key messages relating to products, services and forthcoming developments
Proactively identify new requirements, highlight their value, successfully demonstrate and embed them

CAPABILITIES

Relevant experience in a business to business services environment
Strong marketing focus, with an ability to anticipate market trends [and provide service which exceeds client’s expectations;]
Evidence of demonstrable success in tracking financial forecasts and activity throughout the sales cycle;
Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to focus on setting and meeting demanding revenue targets, while maintaining profitability and margins
Demonstrable success in identifying, nurturing and converting sales leads [and then providing outstanding client service thereafter
Strong analytical skills, with good attention to detail, enabling him to make a valuable contribution to decisions relating to the development of Kantar offerings in the market
