Admin Executive

Job Description

Rainsoft Financials is urgently seeking an experienced and results-orientated Admin Executive with excellent administrative skills. He/she will assist in all aspects of office administration work with exemplary planning and timely manner. The person will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries accordingly. He/she should have high level of professionalism and ability to work with minimal supervision under pressure. A quick learner who takes on new challenges with a positive approach would be the best fit for this role.

Candidate Must Have:
• 2-3 years of proven experience in Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
• Solid knowledge of office procedures and well maintained list of various vendors related with office administration.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related field (Masters is plus).
• Ability to do multitask, stay organized and work well under pressure.
• Experience in identifying and resolving office related issues in manner effective manner.
• Ability to maintain good relationship with staff, vendors, and other parties to run administrative operations smoothly.
• Experience in organizing a filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Ability to communicate and visit different regulatory authorities for reporting and managing office record.
• Expertise in maintaining a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Manage office stock, purchase office equipment, prepare regular reports, and organize company records.
• Able to work with a team and perform various administrative tasks of a complex nature with a high degree of proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with proven expertise to plan and manage various tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Advance computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent analytical, teamwork, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Fast learner with creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
