ARD job role includes end to end management of a cluster of schools based on geographical split.
He/She is expected to act, administer and liaison on behalf of the RD for a certain set of schools assigned and also to report progress to the RD.
Liaison with all the support departments of the RO, including academic monitoring and tracking, this should be conducted with extensive mobility and visits to the schools and managing interface with the local authorities.
Works in collaboration with the network and RO teams for successful achievement of goals and targets of the schools.
Meeting agreed admissions targets, reducing withdrawals, fee recoveries, utilization of head imprest, marketing and overall academic performance.

Develops, prepares, implements and ensures adherence to all applicable budgets; analyzes and reviews budgetary and financial data with the Finance teams and Regional Director.
