Excellent Phone etiquette and customer handling skills
Candidate must have the skills to handle multiple tasks at one time and work under pressure
Good team player
We are looking for people who have a proven passion towards customer services
Working on weekends is a job requirement
Roster based timings (Shifts divided from 5PM till 7AM PST)
Skills:
Handle inbound/ outbound calls
Help troubleshoot issues related to EA website and customer orders over the phone
Handle support tickets while meeting the SLA
Create documentation for knowledge base and look for improvement
Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
Co-ordinate with the internal product teams to fix issues and report bugs.
