The position requires you to work under supervision of Assistant Manager for implementation CLM strategy and execution for the region, which will enable the regional sales & distribution team to improve business health
Develop Strategic directives impacting/improving the consume life cycle and network related KPIs
Develop plans regarding revenue growth, tactical offerings and consumer campaigns; share these plans with Regions for execution with different pilots
Responsible for CLM offer management & planning, location offer base analysis and early dormancy models and campaigns
Working in team towards driving channel execution in line with the organizational goals and regular business review with regional teams
Develop plans to maximize efficiency in the circle and grow business volume
Develop & monitor CLM performance management KPIs and derive actionable insights
Work closely with CVM and BI teams to improve customer experience across the Circle

Express ideas on solutions to support business KPIs
Your Typical day at work:
In depth analysis of consumer life cycle, location based consumer campaign, tactical offerings and plans
Develop and formalize early dormancy models and related campaigns
Foreseeing the challenges and its impacts on business and suggesting ways to overcome these challenges
Achieve performance in accordance with corresponding KPIs
Planning and coordinating with regions for CLM promos and expected outcome
Monitoring of CLM related KPIs and overall governance
Identify new areas for improvement and operational efficiency
Providing performance business insights to stake holders which help them to take better business decisions
QOS analysis & future actions based on the outcome of analysis
Regular regional meetings and war rooms
Belt/cluster level CLM strategies and key initiatives
POC for external stakeholders – Circle Interface for planning, segment & marketing functions
Conducting belt/cluster level analysis and preparing penetrative strategies for fulfilling circle business ambitions
Building and keeping track of CLM related Roadmap and Go-to-Market plans
Evaluate expected challenges/risks and come up with mitigation strategy
Keeping a close eye on customer, competitor and Channel insights for better planning
Preparing product forecasts and tracking
Campaign Planning, design and business case development & Post Analysis of campaigns and visibility
Governance model to monitor the Product KPIs management
Identifying strengths and weaknesses of the Products and competition analysis
Special project planning and executions.
Belt/cluster level KPIs monitoring & ensure to achieve the monthly KPIs
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Preferably MBA/BBA/MCS
Work experience:
3 years + of related work experience in a similar organization and preferably in a related role
