We are currently looking to hire a new customer service consultant. The primary goal of this position is to learn the core functions of our business through appointment setting and consultation services. Job Requirements:

Help customers using zoom, facetime, over the phone or in person

Serve as a customer service professional inputting order information, pricing, product information and catalog requests

Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely, accurate and professional communication

Work alongside executive staff members to streamline efforts
