Desired Skills and Experience

• At least a Bachelor’s degree holder;
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience—call center experience is an advantage;
• Must be able to type minimum 25 WPM;
• Must have excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) and comfortable speaking on the phone;
• Must have pleasing personality and great attitude towards customers and team work;
• Must be organized and have strong attention to detail;
• Must be flexible and can easily adapt to any required situations;
• Self-motivated and can work independently;
• Must be amenable to work on shifting schedules including work on weekends and evening shifts.
