We are hiring a Customer Service Executive (Inbound)
- Education: Minimum Intermediate
- Experience: 0 - 2 Years
- Salary: 33K – 35K (plus incentives)
- Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Sat & Sun OFF)
- Location: Karachi
Job Requirement:
> Excellent written and verbal communication
Job Description:
> Receive Patient calls to book appointment
> Coordination with Dr. for appointment
> Calling to patient for confirmation of their appointment booking
> Calling to Insurance company for medical billing purpose
> Excellent written and Verbal communication skills are required
> CSE will be responsible for appointment scheduling
> CSE will be responsible to handle incoming calls
> CSE will be responsible to make outbound calls
> CSE will be communicating between doctor office, insurance company and patient
> CSE will be responsible to perform Eligibility, Benefits & Authorizations
