Job Description

The position reports into the Commercial Excellence Manager in the Commercial division.
A Data and Pricing Resource reports into the AM / DM Data & Business Analysis.
 
PURPOSE: To analyse data and provide accurate & timely information for strategic and operational decisions

Responsibilities
1. As a core analytics position, the candidate would need to practice exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills.
2. Develop value driven reports and Dashboards.
3. BI Dashboards - Identification of Customized / Standardized Needs / automation of reports
4. Analyzing business requirements and processes.
5. Extract Data, compile and verify the analysis and interpret information to help provide Commercial Leadership Team and Zonal Leadership team accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions.
6. Use databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
7. Partnering with business teams by providing operational analysis to facilitate and expedite sound business decisions including assistance in strategy development, business planning forecasting and process improvement.
8. Working in data driven environment fueled by creativity and innovation.
9. Ownership of projects aimed at delivering great value to business
SAP S4 Hana SD Module (Not a Prerequisite)
1. Develop working knowledge of design and processes of Sales and Distribution module. The Data and Pricing Officer (being the S&D module expert) will provide the support
2. Leading the Discovery and Innovation journey for IBP Module in SAP for forecasting
 
Commercial Excellence Fixed Expense and Investment Plan Budgets
 
1. Custodian of Commercial Excellence annual budget
2. Collate & Develop Commercial Excellence team’s fixed expense and investment plans
3. Maintaining records of cost incurred
4. Tracking of accruals
 
Team Player
 
1. Close coordination with the Technology Development and Application Services team, the SAP team and Business teams to identify the need for Reports and usage of data for timely business reporting.
