Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing a high performing team comprised of new and seasoned staff who manage client programs and provide exceptional strategic recommendations. The Digital Marketing Manager must work to foster a solid organizational structure, create open lines of communication among all team members and strive for consistent processes throughout the team. This is a hands-on role where the Manager leads by example acting as a high performing coach to the team.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In partnership with senior leadership set department goals for SEO departments and execute them
  • Research, communicate and discuss industry trends with team and management and provide effective reports
  • Continuously work to improve retention rates for our SEO product through client feedback.
  • Improve website performance with modern SEO techniques and improve the traffic of the website
  • Can run PPC campaigns with tight budgets and provide best ROI.
  • Manage the team to ensure clear and professional interdepartmental and client communication. Create and
  • maintain a good working atmosphere and build team morale.
  • Update and maintain an organized Standard Operating Procedure for new client build-outs and ongoing monthly
  • optimization tactics.
  • Analyze status reports after initial month-end analysis by assigned SEO Specialist.
  • Alongside senior leadership educate the team with new developments in SEO.
  • Maintain competitive product analysis to present to sales and department leadership on a quarterly basis.
  • Remain up-to-date on emerging SEO tactics and how they enhance our current product offerings
  • Work with team to create new business audits as requested by the field sales team, including running detailed SEO Scorecard for analysis of prospective clients, focusing on data that supports why they should choose our product.

Team Management

  • Provide continuous training and coaching/mentoring to the teams in order to ensure that the required level of performance is met and continually maintained.
  • Ensure that all team members achieve their individual development needs.
  • Lead teams to the successful execution of departmental performance objectives
  • Delegate, oversee and hold staff accountable for daily activity and their individual workloads
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual performance discussion with the team to guarantee that all members receive a structured and documented formal performance feedback as documented in their employee scorecard.
  • Ensure they are fully aware of their developmental needs and strengths.
  • Ensure the customer service vision is executed
  • Process Improvement/Metrics
  • Evaluate and maintain productivity measures to ensure that all team members are performing to their full capacity and in accordance with performance targets.
  • Compile and present monthly team results and reports, covering specific information regarding the campaign performance.

  • Ability to lead mid-sized teams
  • Ability to manage time and complete multiple tasks while continually meeting deadlines
  • Must have a strong grip on SEO and proven experience
  • Demonstrated ability in advanced problem solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively message verbally and in writing, using a variety of
  • communication methods to build productive relationships
  • Prioritizes and completes tasks with a concern for all the details involved; monitors and checks work for accuracy.
  • Easily adapts to change in work processes, timeframes, performance expectations, organizational culture or work environment.
  • Must be able to provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff as necessary

EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years of in digital marketing preferably for SAAS (Software as a service)
  • Media or Advertising experience preferred
  • Proficiency with a variety of web analytics and SEO/PPC/Content tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Hootsuite, Ahrefs, Semrush)
  • Ability to understand basic HTML

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing IT or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs35,000.00 to Rs50,000.00 /month
