The Role:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on digital transformation initiatives within Telenor Pakistan's Business Division aimed at:

Developing/sourcing, rolling out and managing end to end life cycle of digital platforms / products

Establishing and managing digital channels

Engaging with organization wide stakeholders to drive product/features delivery and initiatives

Your Impactful Goals will include:

Help management in implementing the digital transformation strategy of Business division.

Ensure timely implementation & roll out of roadmap with highest quality

Design and improve customer/user experience across all digital platforms.

Have an obsessive customer focus with the aim of delivering exceptional customer experience.

Ensure effective user base management and drive engagement on digital platforms.

Help in managing and scaling business division’s digital channel.

Run digital lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.

Act as the torch bearer of agile way of work within the Business division

Ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholder including Scrum and engineering teams to ensure frictionless end to end release management

How will your Typical Day look like:

Monitor and create visibility of the progress on all ongoing projects and tasks related to digital transformation

Write user stories, map user journey, prepare wireframes and gather user feedback before putting the requirements into development.

Lead discussion with PD and Technology teams to register requirements and drive solution implementation.

Monitor and drive engagement on digital servicing platform.

Weekly and monthly analysis and reporting on portal engagement stats.

Execute campaigns aimed at acquisition, engagement and retention on digital servicing platform.

Design solutions in close coordination with cross functional teams.

Employ design thinking to come up with customer centric solution.

Monitor the performance of digital channels and share weekly updates.

Help management to execute experiments over digital channel to drive performance and gauge customer preferences.

Design campaigns in light of the learnings gained from the experiments.

Execute these campaigns to drive uptake over digital channels.

Monitor and share weekly campaign performance dashboard.

What we’re looking for?

Education:

Bachelors of CS/EE (preferably with an MBA) from an accredited university

Work Experience:

Digital product management in Telco, SAAS or software development industry.

Experience of delivering value through cross function stakeholder collaboration.

Experience of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, digital channel development, social media management or e-commerce.

Good to have: solid understanding of design thinking / design principals.

Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas:

Good understanding of digital product management and software development cycle

Immaculate problem-solving, analytical and product / solution designing skills

Excellent presentation and change management skills

Sound stakeholder management skills with the ability to get things done cross-functionally

Good understanding of agile way of work

Self-driven and motivated to make an impact
