Responsibilities

Employee will be responsible for Liaison between Department Managers and Directors for smooth running of business
Responsible for Maintain Director’s and Managers tasks list, follow-up on assigned tasks until completion and daily reporting on tasks list
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments (internal and external)
Managing and arranging all Travel and Other tasks as assigned by Directors
Attend all Director meetings and Communicate meeting minutes
Report on policy implementation as assigned by Directors
Responsible for preparing all official reports, presentations and briefs

Key Skills/Experience Required:
Excellent written and communication.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential, including writing experience
Ability to quickly understand and address complex issues; to work collaboratively with others across business units, functional departments, geographies and disciplines: to work on multiple tasks: to work with a very high degree of independence
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field of study, preferred
