Summary

The prime objective of Field Technician ODN Access is to activate the customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete installation of fiber optic equipment and cable laying till the customers premises from the distribution box.
• On the spot complaint handling
• Installation of Access Point (AP), HD Box installation, and laying of RF cable for TV
• Designated area maintenance of last mile optical fiber cable
• Working with GPON technology among others
• Familiar with use of safety equipment and tools.
• To Maintaining toolkits/equipment/test gears etc.

Essential

• Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) or Intermediate (complete)
• Age bracket below 32 years.
• Familiar with GPON technology
• Ability to satisfy the customer by performing testing and troubleshooting
• Effective response to the service disruption events and ensure timely restoration.
• One to two year experience will be preferred
• Fresh with relevant educational background (capacity will be enhanced) Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
