GroupM is seeking for outstanding graduates as Management Trainee - Information Technology. The young talents will work with the application team and apply their IT concepts, knowledge and practical approach to involve in the technical part of development. The Management Trainee will be requiring the ability to understand the business methodologies and system understandings given by the team that prepares young and bright talents to fast-track to become the future superstars and leaders of the exciting media industry.

You will be responsible for exploration of technologies for upgrading of systems especially from previous versions. Another big domain which would be required is the testing and quality assurance of the applications developed. You can be pick up on many of the aspects of software delivery that are not specifically programming; such as (but not limited to) analysis, project monitoring, reporting to clients and management on progress, checking for completeness and accuracy, training and documentation.

In this role, your goals will be:

In eight months:

• Complete knowledge of systems in information technology.
• Planning of new initiatives in IT for support business systems.
• Able to implement the system and programs as per business needs
• Managing software and quality assurance of IT Systems.
• Update IT Systems and support your line managers in various projects.
• Expertise in system managing and software delivery within given time period.
