Candidate Requirement

• Bachelors in Computer Engineering / Computer Science from reputable university.
• Fresh to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP stack, IP subnet ting, static and dynamic routing protocols, STP, familiarity with Juniper, Cisco and Linux network concepts and management, Understanding of open vswich and SDN - Reference Level: CCNA/ CCNA –DC.
• Knowledge of Linux CLI, Installation, Package Management, Devices, File systems, Service Management, Networking Fundamentals, User management, Permissions.
• Knowledge of RAID levels, Email flows, DNS and DHCP protocol, tools such as dig, traceroute, nslookup, whois, iptraf, mtr, putty, winscp, Virtual Hosting setup, secure crt.
• Knowledge of Ticketing System operations such as ticket opening, ticket lock, replies, ownership, closing etc.
• Knowledge of Operational Support Systems such as Collab, NMS, One Panel portal, BPM, CloudStack UI, RDP support Full knowledge of my.rapidcompute.com for all VM operations,Basic call handling,Strong written communication to ensure detailed technical responses to queries.
• Knowledge of basic concepts of virtualization; Familiarity with VMWare and Hyper V.
• Windows Server OS installation, Active Directory fundamentals, Configure file sharing, adding roles and services, Configure DNS and DHCP, Virtual Hosting setup
