1. Execution of Media training, documentation and internal coordination,
2.Establishment of department wise CRIB sheet, and
3. our internal comms platform, Workplace by Facebook

Professional Development: You will get hands on experience in corporate communications
Your JAZZ EXPERIENCE:
1. Project 1: Execution of Media training, documentation and internal coordination
. Support the Stream Head in any internal coordination
. Execution and documentation of a special project that has been commissioned e.g. GSMA roundtable, Women in Tech
. Support the monitoring of team goals by regularly managing the team’s Trello accounts
.
2. Project 2: Establishment of department wise crib sheet
. Interact with different departments to collate verified up to date information
. Design visually compelling templates
.
3. Project 3: Support Corp Comms’ presence on our internal comms platform, Workplace by Facebook
. Backend logistics – filming, recording, live streaming
. Liaise with vendor to ensure everything is captured
. Write captions and brainstorm innovative internal comms campaigns to increase visibility
. Upload internal comms collateral including the media monitoring report and newsflash
Eligibility Criteria:
. Bachelors/ Masters Students. Recent Graduates
. Exceptional project management skills.
. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
. Strong attention to detail.
. Very task-oriented.
