Job Overview:

A law graduate who has a keen interest in local and International laws, and a sharp sense of English/legal drafting and writing, and an acumen for legal research, to join our growing legal team.

Job Description:

• Various corporate legal matters; (e.g. intellectual property, compliance issues, transactions, agreement drafting/vetting, lawsuits etc.
• Developing company policy and position on legal issues. Researching, anticipating, and guarding company against legal risks.
• Drafting and reviewing reports and other legal documents.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings (trials etc.).

Skills/Aptitude required :

• LLB or LLM graduate (external /foreign degree holder )
• At lest 3 years experience in a company/cooperate law
• Experience in IP Law
• Sound analytical ability and strong attention to detail
• Excellent written or communication skills
• Must be License to practice
