Office Executive


Job Description


  • Graduation
  • minimum 3 Years of experience as personal Assistant, office executive or similar role.
  • Calm character, able to priorities and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  • Have a professional knowledge of all Microsoft office programs
  • Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar of chief executive including appointments, meetings and travel.
  • To provide secretarial support regarding communication matters, correspondence files and meetings as and when required by the chief executive, including drafting and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes and communicating meeting reminders. Writing and distributing comprehensive minutes and action points to all members post meeting.
