Job Description:
Allocation/reallocation of web and graphics related jobs to team members.
Briefing team members about project requirements, deadlines, and customer requirements.
Proactively keeping track of project progress, for timely delivery.
QC of project deliverables
Skills Required:
At least BBA with Advertising/Marketing/Sales majors.
Able to take charge of a team of 8-12 designers/developers initially.
Willing to learn about desktop publishing and web-based technologies.
Good communication skills.
Excellent design/art direction sense.
