IMG Advisors is a business advisory and technology consulting organization with global offices. We are expanding our Pakistan’s operations and need an experienced and motivated individual to join us as a QA Tester (Web based Projects) in Pakistan.

As a Tester, you will be responsible for testing, documenting, and support of HTML/CSS/JavaScript based web interfaces. This position will review all web pages and content updates and give final approval for publishing to the web.

We are looking for an experienced individual with at least 3 years of professional Web Testing experience. People with previous US / European company experience will be preferred. This role will be home based and part-time up to 20 hours per week initially (4 hours per day). It does require US working hours and attendance Timeslot between 9 AM - 3 PM US EASTERN TIME, Monday To Friday.

A working internet connection, Own Laptop / Desktop computer, and a Smart Mobile is required. This is an independent contractor position and no company equipment or expense reimbursement is offered.

Responsibilities & Requirements (include but are not limited to the following):

• Evaluate and test web page builds, content updates to existing pages, and compliance with user requirements.
• Verify that all content and structure according to the accessibility standards.
• Validation of the web pages.
• Write, review, revise and verify quality standards and test cases & procedures.
• Participate in review of standards, procedures, tools and process.
• Prepare and develop test strategies and test plans.
• Assist developers in solving quality assurance issues.
• Work collectively to solve defects & Bug Tracking.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, from a testing and verification perspective.
• Expertise with Black box testing, flexibility to quickly learn different and varied content management systems for web applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong technical documentation.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Keep track of multiple projects and progress of others on team.
• Ability to work independently & excellent team player.
• Web testing expertise in an agile environment
• Familiarity with various web browsers and content management systems

• Prior experience with Test automation tools such as Selenium, Postman etc.

• Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud infrastructures.

• Experience in compatibility/usability testing
• Experience with QA tools and techniques, and bug tracking systems (JIRA)

• Technology Degree?
• 3 years of web testing experience?
• Interested & excited to work from home in the evening/night shift as mentioned above?
• Own Laptop / Desktop computer, Android/iOS mobile device & high speed internet in order to perform the required duties?
