Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining data from order creation to the delivery of products
• Ensuring products are dispatched on time by working with our Australian and Customer Support team
• Implementing an effective distribution operation
• Tracking all payments/returns/exchange/refunds/warranties to ensure the stock levels and accounts are constantly accurate
• Inward and outward goods management
• Keeping the record of Customer-Signed Proof of deliveries
• Following up with customers to maintain their payments/refunds/cancellations and order change requests
• Keeping a track of Out of Stock orders by working with Procurement department

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Minimum 16 years of education
• 0-1 year of experience (on job training will be provided)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal proficiency and manner
• Self-motivated, focused and a dependable team member
• The ability to work under limited supervision with the ambition to develop a long-term career
• Basic Computer skills & knowledge of MS Office, Word and Excel
