Social Media Agent job available in Karachi for an HR Consultancy Company. Resource should have done Bachelors with 1 to 2 years of experience in handling company’s Social Media operations.

Social Media Agent responsibilities are to develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand.

Responsibilities:
Responsible to respond to online queries
Manage the lodge and track complaints
Responsible of reporting social media activities
Responsible for marketing of product on social media platforms to the concerned audience
Responsible for creating attractive Social Media posts regarding product
Clarify misconceptions regarding the company
Communicate company’s stance on public issues
Ensure companies response rate are maintained well within defined brackets
Assist Social Care lead in the following functions
Social Listening (Monitoring online traffic that concern the company)
Sentiment Analysis (Monitor if inbound traffic has positive or negative sentiments)
