Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer requirements to design and develop applications to meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate & communicate with Product Manager in case of any query or clarifications required regarding SRS or customer requirements.
  • Explore, select, and use best possible methods and components/APIs best suited for designing and developing systems.
  • Takes ownership of assigned resource and assigned development projects from inception to delivery.
  • Lead, guide, teach and instruct team resources to ensure products exceed customer expectations.
  • Share information and get realistic time estimates from the team for all the assigned tasks (i.e. related to project/support).
  • Share time estimates of the resources with PMO.
  • Maintain strong liaison with all stakeholders for timely reporting of issues or clarifications required.
  • Perform sanity/ smoke test before submitting assigned tasks for QA testing.
  • Timely resolve issues reported in QA feedback.
  • Ensure team members adhere to programming standards and defined SOPs for code standardization.
  • Analyze instrumentation data to understand and resolve issues.
  • Provide support in evaluating, testing and implementing new tools and technologies
  • Ensure optimum utilization of assigned resources.
  • Ensure on time submission of time sheets by team members and update status on project server.
  • Providing training, guidance, and mentorship to individuals on the team
  • Participating in Agile meetings to contribute with development strategies and product roadmap
  • Producing tremendous feature enhancements and reacting quickly to emerging technologies
  • Encouraging collaboration and stimulating creativity
Skills:
  • C#/VB.NET
  • SQL Server
  • WEB-API
  • Entity Framework / Dapper
  • Web-Services
  • WPF Desktop
  • Crystal Reports
  • Expertise in HTML, CSS, JQuery, Web services, JavaScript, WEB API and MS SQL SERVER (2008 or above)
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like Angular & React JS will be a plus
