Specialist Channel Performance:

Build rapport with stakeholders such as regional teams and BI to work along the to achieve company goal

• Identify opportunities and strive for continuous improvements in processes
• Develop comprehensive understandings of existing processes, commission calculations, commission cycles, and disbursements methods.
• Develop an understanding of BI tools and visualizations capabilities
• Slice and dice to identify gaps through analytics and assist in proposing solutions in order to fill the gaps in the existing methods and process
• Serving a contact person for all information flow for internal (Channel Planning) and external (Regional Teams & DFS) communication

The role reports directly to the manager channel performance and insights and has 2 people reporting directly into it with an extended team of 11 team members

What does Specialist Channel Performance do?

Calculations, preparation, validation, and disbursement of bi-monthly commissions regarding DFS/GSM KPIS, promos, and day-to-day achievements.

• Performance benchmarking for visibility and generating actionable insights for the Management
• Raise flags as an early warning in case of indications of deviation in channel and business trends of the GSM & DFS commissions
• Serve as a point of contact between CPD team regions and internal stakeholders (DFS Department, BI, and Region)
• Keeping the management up to date on the performance against key deliverables
• Support the Regional team by giving by bringing insights on improvement areas.
• Internal and External Stakeholder Management.
• Key Deliverables
• Adhoc analysis to assist management in Strategic Decision making
• Timely commissions calculations and disbursements to all the stakeholders
• To ensure effective implementation analysis and policies in the context of sales & distribution of Jazz products and services.
• Perform in-depth study and build a strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators and make different analyses across different channels
• Weekly / monthly / Yearly / Quarterly performance review of Business and Distribution KPIs
• Special project planning and executions & ensure to provide visibility/support to the region/planning units.
• Identifying opportunities with respective different KPIs and add value to existing analysis & identify the key focus area for growth
• Number Crunching, Data duality check, numbers validation, data archiving.
• Consistent coordination with the main stakeholders, weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
• Performance visibility to Management through different dashboards
• Drafting & implementation of new policies
• Ensuring smooth operations of newly integrated commission management system for automated commission calculation and disbursement

Requirements

• Preferably ACCA/ MBA / MCS / BBA / BSC

• Channel/Business Analytics

• Number crunching and validations

• Tracking reporting and KPI Monitoring

• Use of Tools (Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint)
