What is Specialist Marketplace Product & Business Analyst?

As Specialist Product & Business Analyst you will be working together with an experienced product manager, conducting market research, gathering quantitative product data, and analyzing customer research. You will be assisting the Marketplace team for requirements analysis of new product features and planning the delivery together with the development team.

As the person who is representing the voice of the customer, you will interact with our customers on a regular basis and work closely together with pre-sales, sales, marketing, and support.

In addition, you will contribute to define & maintain the product roadmap as well as the long-term strategy & vision

What does Specialist Product & Business Analyst Product do?

• You are a team player with a high emphasis on execution, delivery, and customer advocacy
• You know how to derive insights from data as well as user, customer, and internal stakeholder feedback
• You have first experience working with Agile development teams, including writing user stories, creating product backlogs, and prioritizing features

• You are an excellent communicator, including presentation and written communication skills and can build consensus across a range of stakeholders

• Close coordination with brands and digital marketing team to understand current campaigns, SOPs, TATs, KPIs and funnels
• Take responsibility of current projects and work towards product improvement
• Engage with extended stakeholder to define 7 implement product processes & SLA’s

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to beSpecialist Product & Business Analyst Product ?

Experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, Quantitative & Qualitative reasoning. You have excellent analytical skills and are comfortable diving deep into the data to derive quantitative insights to make the right business decisions.

The must have technologies are Product Management Tools, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
