Responsibilities:

• Responsible for lead generation, communications and fleet growth.
• Managing local team and working on improving the quality of hiring and maintaining sustainability
• To coordinate with Global team over forecasting of hiring riders
• Responsible for each city hiring with their teams
• To design strategy / process / policies for rider recruitment.
• To digitize the processes
• To deal with legal matters of hiring
• To process EOBI registration
• To maintain compliance of standard recruitment process
• Preparation of daily reports for department’s performance visibility.
• To get user feedback through surveys
• To manage rider acquisition, activation, retention and referrals.

Requirements:

• MBA or a relevant degree.
• 3-4 years of experience in relevant field.
• Excellent analytical skills and technological skills
• Advanced interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in both a team environment and with own initiative.
