• Troubleshoots existing network and system problems.
• Performs frequent system checks and implements patches on the client computers.
• Add, remove, or update user account information, reset passwords, etc through AD ( Domain control).
• Performs maintenance of desktop computers and antivirus patches.
• Troubleshoots and resolves software, operating system, and networking problems, both server and hardware, and also resolves day-to-day issues of the software.
• Schedule, perform and monitor system backups.
• Install & troubleshoot network cabling.
• Maintains the inventory of all computer hardware equipment.
• Update and maintain License & Warranty claim file.
• Maintains PABX and DVR attached computer.
