We are looking for a result-driven Team Coordinator to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of writers to achieve the organization’s objectives. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team's potential.

Coordinator Responsibilities:

· Liaise with employees to gauge their needs.

· Work with employees to accomplish tasks.

· Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

· Set clear team goals

· Delegate tasks and set deadlines

· Oversee day-to-day operation

· Motivate team members

· Discover training needs and provides coaching

Coordinator Requirements:

· A bachelor's or Master’s degree in business or a relevant field.

· Excellent organizational skills.

· Prior experience with Team Coordination.

· Good Computer skills, especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Organizational and time-management skills

· Decision-making skills

· Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
