Job Description:

The role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, such as answering our customers technical inquiries with confidence and precision, expert product sales suggestions based on our customers’ needs through to development and research to further enhance our ever-increasing product range.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
• Recommend and showcase items that match customer needs
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Keep up to date with product information
