· Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential customers
· Performing customized targeted sales strategies
· Sharing information about company/product/organization by following sales scripts
· Meeting all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls
· Facilitating future sales
· Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
· Closing sales and leading customer through purchasing process
· Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
· Maintaining record of calls through computerized system
· Collecting and updating call information
· Engaging customer during phone call with questions
· Previous cold calling experience in outbound call center or related sales experience preferred
· Previous Experience of Marketing IT Products
· Excellent verbal communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
· Willing to work at night shifts (9pm-6am Pakistan Time)
