• Promote the local brand image of Cybernet by affiliating with the cable operator companies, who will distribute our resources to the customers in their respective zones.
• Plan for sales and operations of CATV/Internet in the footprint area.
• Prepare & analyze monthly sales forecast reports, prospects, and existing consumer lists.
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of the competition on monthly basis.
• Establish and maintain relationships with TV Headend operators and loop holders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and direct loop holders to achieve the organization’s expansion goals.
• Handle customer escalation via follow-up desk by coordination with the concerned teams.
• Develop and execute effective revenue streams, profitable pricing models, and marketing strategies for our partners.
• Implement service launches in untapped areas of the city and introduce loyalty programs for the existing customer base.
• Cultivate tactical plans to increase market share with a consultative sales approach.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors in Business or any engineering discipline from a reputable institute.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Must have detailed knowledge of TV & Internet Loop holders in different areas.
