Job Description

Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations.

Plan and coordinate and implement administrative procedures and systems.

Managing administrative budgets.

Negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors.

Maintaining corporate relationships.

House keeping and Janitorial Staff Management.

Mess Management.

Responsible for the Security management.

Responsible for the fleet management.

Liaison with government agencies Lesco, Wasa, PTCL, PESSI, EOBI and others.

Asset Management & control.

Repair and maintenance of office furniture and other items.

Vehicle insurance & maintenance.

Strong grip on related issues with permanent solutions.

knowledge of ISO standards, procedures and documentation.
