Admin Officer


Job Description

We are hiring Admin Officer


  • Monitor and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies/assets; orders replacement supplies as needed.
  • Must be capable to handle and schedule duties/responsibilities of supporting staff.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases.
  • Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures.
  • Coordinate with building and maintenance issues for general repair (heating and air conditioning, security, cleaning etc.)
  • Manage office cafeteria which includes (Inventory, credit receipts and kitchen Hygiene.)
  • Any other task assign by the line manager for smooth day-to-day operations.


  • Minimum qualification Bachelors.
  • Candidate must have experience of 1 to 2 years.


  • Position available in Bahria Town Phase-4 (Rawalpindi).
