Job Purpose:

Analysis of the raw materials, purchase samples, consumable sample and house standard on priority to meet the production schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis of active and excipients material, de-mineralized and tap water, consumer materials Evaluation of supplier questionnaires
• Arrangement of sampling of raw materials / consumer materials, De-mineralized and drinking water
• Entry of data in SAP
• Entry of analytical data in system and generate report/ labels
• Prepared the reagents and destruction as per SOP
• Update the analytical record i.e. IL reports
• Develop and update the control procedure
• Develop and update the specification and worksheets
• Maintain log books of instruments
• Timely identify any OOS test result to immediate manager for remedial action as per SOP/Quality module
• Arrangement of retention samples and its dispose off as per SOP
• Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and GSK Corporate Guidelines.
• Comply and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and GSK Corporate Guidelines.
• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelors of Science in Chemistry / Pharm-D
• Fresh or 1-2 years of industry experience
• Good communication and MS Office skills

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Bachelors of Science in any field e.g. Physics / Zoology / Botany
• Knowledge of company products and quality impact as it relates to those products.
