Accountabilities:-

• End
  to end P2P process Support (Procurement to Pay Cycle)
• To
  create Purchase orders by actively examining that all required documents
  are present and relevant policies compliance is ensured
• To
  ensure POs are approved by required approving authorities and transmitting
  PO to vendors
• Receiving
  invoices from vendors and submitting for payment after approvals
• Resolving purchasing queries of stakeholders and any
  issues in P2P process
• Maintaining Indirect Procurement Purchase order records
• Monthly Utility bills payment
• Support month end closing activities
• Prepare Monthly sales
  tax return
• Assist Manager
  Accounting and Reporting in preparation of information submitted to Tax
  authorities in response to tax notices and audit
• Any other tasks assigned
  by Management

• Qualification and Knowledge:
  • BBA
    in Finance, Accounting or Economics / ICMA / ACCA, with 2 years’
    experience in relevant role
  • Knowledge
    of SAP
  • Command
    over MS-Excel
