Responsibilities:
  • Development and enhancement of forecasts, budgets and operational metrics.
  • Work with business unit heads to build their annual budgets & forecasts.
  • Prepare business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions.
  • Creating a system to track business KPI’s over time so we can measure performance
  • Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
  • Put together a peer group of public companies for comparison
  • Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
Skills:
  • Education: MBA, CA (finalist), ACCA
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience.
