• 
  All functions of inventory module, including daily controllership functions, stock counts, reportings and month close process and process improvements.

• Create visibility over SKU and category wise inventory ageing, damaged stock, and near to expiry stocks.

• Coordinate stock counts with the warehouse team to identify the gaps, and close them.

• Take corrective actions and make SOPs to overcome any process weakness identified.

• Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.

• Compliance with company policies for all areas assigned.

• Contribution Margin Analysis, executing costing processes and process improvements.

• All Fixed Asset controllership functions including routine operations, closing process, IPPS assets controllership and accounting, depreciation, disposals and acquisition processes.

• Fixed Assets counts and tagging.

• Support and assist in the month closing process. Complete analysis; analyze information for accuracy and completeness.

• Assess, suggest and implement procedures and processes to increase efficiency.

• Support and assist in the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) process.

• Prepare financial analysis and key assumptions as it relates to the AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) and execution of Fixed Asset Transfers.

• Coordination with departments and timely business support for smooth running of business processes.

• Preparation of statutory audit trial balance, financials and co-ordination of statutory audit.

• All adhoc tasks and reportings assigned from time to time.

• 
  CA, ACCA, ACMA, Degree in Business, Finance and/or Accounting

• Articleship from Big 4 audit firm preferred

• 2+ years of experience in a medium to large size manufacturing company (post articleship)

• Solid Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Suite

• Proficiency in Oracle would be an advantage

• Good interpersonal skills & proficiency in English

• Strong analytical thinker, organizational and communication skills

• Skilled in proficiently using computers and related software in performing financial job tasks, specifically setting up spreadsheet formulas, linking spreadsheets, extracting data, developing graphs

• Understanding and experience working with concept of Lean/Six Sigma is advantageous

• Fluent in English
