Minhas pipes is looking for an energetic and self-motivated “Assistant Marketing Manager”.Effective implementation of sales & marketing plan in order to achieve set sales target for the assigned region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Prepare reports

· Sales: annual, quarterly & monthly.

· Comparative sales report with previous time slots as stated above.

· Sales forecasting on quarterly and annual basis.

· Analyze, suggest and coordinate meetings with customers as and when required.

· Coordinate & administer visits of customers to Minhas pipes as when required that includes, preparation of agenda key point for meetings.

· Identification & coordination with relevant vendors.

· Establish effective communication within & out of Minhas pipes.

· Assist / suggest preparing of SOPs or amending existing

Marketing

· Profiling of new prospective customer with respect to the type and magnitude of expected business as per SOP of Minhas pipes.

· Assist line manager with preparation of marketing & sales plans and suggest improvement in current plans to achieve all business objectives within the timelines.

· Assist in preparation of all the creative branding material to effectively position Wrangler Instrument brand as per given strategy.

· Assist in preparing & launching of various sales & marketing campaigns.

· Analyze & suggest better platform for exhibit & advertising (Trade Shows & Journals).

· Travel abroad for participation in trade shows and other customer meetings.

· Prepare ad material & plan / manage effective participation in selected trade shows in the concerned region.

· Analyze and identify appropriate business partners (Distributor & whole sellers) for long terms agreements in the assigned region.

· Gain an in-depth knowledge of offered product mix and conduct customer presentations and emphasizes effectively on salable features of product.

· Ensure Minhas pipes strong presence in market of the assigned region.

Sales

· Achieve sales target as assigned.

· Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from various source and leads as gathered via various marketing campaigns.

· Generate sales qualified leads, analyze customer’s needs and suggest strategies, campaign and products across the region.

· Provide outstanding customer support services, coordinate in & out of Wrangler Instrument to ensure timely dispatch of shipments against orders and ensure payments on the agreed terms from customers.

· Investigates and resolves customer concerns to materialize sales as well as suggest corrective measures in existing procedures.

· Making sure that the sales operations are completed in compliance with Wrangler Instrument’s policies & the terms agreed with customer.
