Position Title: Compliance QA Associate

Department: Fleet Management

Location: Karachi

We're looking for a highly-driven and motivated "Compliance QA Associate" for our team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!

The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Critical thinker who can identify improvement area in the processes and can suggest improvements.
• Audit of the cancel order processes done by agents at BPO.
• Able to identify fraudulent trends in pictures.
• Implementing & managing processes at BPO.
• Reporting compliance issues.
• Responsible for sharing daily report driven from findings.

Requirements:

• Fresh - 6 months experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• Process oriented, problem solving, and critical thinking.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office especially Microsoft excel.
