• Qualification: MBA/BBA/M.COM
• Must have practical experience of 7– 10 years, and well versified with the process and procedures of accounts reporting.
• Excellent Communication Skills (oral and written).
• Must be able to work independently on different projects/tasks while interacting with subordinates/clients.
• Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling.
• Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers.
• Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts.
• Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
