As an Associate - Quality Assurance, you'll be interacting with the professionals of Live & Service Operations. You'll evaluate them over the processes designed, to see the employees are abiding by the processes and providing precise resolutions, to give a remarkable customer service experience. You'll be working over the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to identify the loopholes and cover it up with your new innovative ideas as to how the processes can be made more efficient.

Responsibilities

• To look into every detail of communication between customers, vendors and representatives/associates from quality perspective and evaluate accordingly.
• To make sure that the representatives are complying with the processes and procedures set out in the SOPs.
• To identify what are the key areas where representatives are weak and to provide appropriate feedback.
• To identify if there are any flaws in the existing SOPs and how it can be rectified and made more efficient.
• Maintain a weekly check as to whether the team is improving and to take appropriate actions.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the relevant fields. Previous QA experience would be preferred
• Must be at least a Bachelor's from a reputed university. Masters will be preferred.
• Must have good analytical skills.
• Excellent English comprehension skills
• Must have good grip over Ms. Office.
