We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Business Lead – Cloud Kitchens to join our fast-growing team based here in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor as well as a strong team player – comfortable working independently, supporting a team, and working closely with the management team to drive the country's business forward.

This exciting new role will be leading the Cloud Kitchen Vertical focused on innovative growth across the country and reports into the country Business Head – Channel Development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Cloud Kitchens as Business Lead and support driving growth in alignment with country/organizational strategy
• Develop and implement overall strategy and success plan in collaboration with operations, logistics, vendor management, and BI teams
• Oversee end-to-end business development and growth opportunities
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with new vendors across the country
• Lead team to uncover new opportunities with existing vendors that can enhance partnerships further
• Develop compelling business cases for each cloud kitchen project via cross-functional coordination with logistics, operations, vendor management, and finance
• Support day to day performance across the country
• Ensure vendor needs are addressed and strong relations are maintained with all stakeholders
• Drive monthly, quarterly progress towards strategic goals
• Assist creative design and regional team in menu development and local integration
• Oversee vertical growth through pilot test creation and implementation in conjunction with operational partners and APAC Regional Team
• Participate in regional calls/summits and drive collaboration and best practice across the region

What we are looking for:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration or relevant
• Min. 4 years of relevant experience with P&L responsibility
• Comfortable with extended travelling all over Pakistan
• Experience in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Product Integrations
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Experience in developing and running kitchen operations; early stage setup experience would be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Prior experience in food brands preferred
